Thanks guys.

Today I have to take Grandma to get her hair done, and then she's going to want to go shopping for a b-day present from me.  I decided on some more sweat pants, which is what I like to wear around the house during the day.  I've only got two pair right now, and one of them is getting pretty tattered...

Tomorrow, my ex and best friend (same guy) is coming down to spend the day with me and get me away from here.  A movie and dinner are on the menu as well as a trip to a local bar (yes of OUR variety - Modesto does have one you know. It's called the Brave Bull, is located in the red-light district where the hookers like to congregate, and it has a GO NAVY advertisement board on the side of the building (no, I'm not kidding, it really does).  It's a pretty cool bar, even though I know the owners, bartenders, and many of the patrons from my younger days in this town.

I hope y'all have a good day too, and thanks.

Modesto, CA?  Far out (I mean, my condolences ;) )...I'm NorCal myself, little town in the Sierra's up highway 50 towards Tahoe.  Actually, I have a lot of relatives in Modesto, 3rd cousin removed sort of thing, who knows, we might be related, lol.

Funny this should come up, I was just thinking yesterday that it would be cool to put together some sort of west coast SFC gathering this summer in Sacramento.

Hehehehe...Mike, no twinks today.  Tomorrow is a different story.  The ex-husband comes down and we party.  Might be a few twinks in the works then.  Of course, grrandma still hopes we're going to get back together.  About five years ago we got really drunk while I was visiting her for Thanksgiving and ended up doing it on the living room floor (this was before the incontinence problems she had).  Aunt Carol saw us going at it and told Grandma she was sure we were getting back together.  Grandma made biscuits and chocolate gravy in celebration and then frowned when we said we weren't back together.

Actually, meeting a new boyfriend would  be really nice.

Wanderer, if the names Keener, Killmer, or Kirk are any relation to you, then yes we are related.  :)
