Would need pule cannons added, seems there are already some under the nose, needs a foreward torp and perhaps an additional set of pules emitters in the wings, nacelles added to the wing tips and new textures, but yea this could server as a large bop styled cruiser. Expecialy looks romulan from the side view.

 Very cool, but it actually looks more like a varient of a Fed fighter I've seen floating around here somewhere. Eathier way, agreed is could be very bad azz. Nice find !

Maybe Klingon, since it resembles the Raptor-class from Enterprise.
