We will announce the top two players with the most VP's at the end of the server. The two of them will then face off vs each other in a fight to the death flying any BC from their side of their choosing should that ship still be available at the end of the server and has not been destroyed (it's owner permitting). The winnier will be announced the MVP of the server and his/her side will be awarded 25 VP's as their name has passed on into legend and every facet of their military and populace has their moral, fighting prowess, and production levels increased.

2nd Place on the server hasn't been decided. The VP tally isnt in yet. Could this battle be a deciding factor in the outcome? 25VP's are at stake! Who will win?

Kougar and Firesoul! [/b] (I think. I'll have to ck to be sure, but I'm pretty damn sure it's these two.)

Gentlemen, you are required to Duel to determine The Most Valuable Player of SGO4. You may each pick any single remaining OoB Battlecruiser still available on your side to take into combat. The rules are simple. You each secretly pick three different types of Med Map Terrains and the 1st one in order that matches both lists will be chosen for you to duel on. If none match, then one of the six will randomly be chosen. Two men enter, one man leaves.

25 VP's are at stake. May the best Captain win.

*The Duel may be scheduled by the two of you anytime in the next week starting tomorrow (I'll have time to confirm you both won) and will need to be witnessed by a player from both sides.

• Kougar, if you want to take the R.I.S. Molly Hatchet, R-KCRf into battle to represent the Coalition, I'b be honored. There are several other BC's that made it thru to the end, I believe. A C7V and C7S perhaps...

I mean (I think) everyone knows Kougar was (PVP wise) MVP for the Coaliton
And I think (PVP wise) Firesoul waa the Alliiance one
If they both want to do it I say go for it, if either has had enough I'd say forget about it.

the Klink attempt at designing a BCH, or the Roms poor copy of it
rather than demanding the the Lyrans be transferred point to build more of our ships

Just as a suggestion, since they were both piloting DNs at the end of the server, why not let them fly what they were there?
Of course, if FS simply doesn't want to...it would be a good match, IMHO. FS's a good pilot in his own right. I think he's just being too modest.

Due to my Enemies fear  (   ) of actually engaging me with an approximately equal ship I admit I ran form the 2xDn/CVA squads you used to try and hunt me down.
The only person who spanked me (and if i didn't use the term he would<shudder>) in an even fight was Kroma in his CMX vs my SUT

Kroma, if you really want to sub-in for FireSoul, I'd be happy to play it without fighters and PFs for both sides, if you'd wish. Just two less things for me to worry about...  Just need to get this done very soon, else it may be a long while...


Oh, and if that's what you want then none of the extra admin shuttles in their place either I'd assume? The L-BCHP doesn't exist with SG04 shiplist iirc, so I'd have to take a BCHT but with no extra admins or any PFs... Assuming SG04 lists. Um, whose going to be watching this anyway??

hey Dizzy, I am sure if you are available when the match occurs, there would be no problem having you SD a ship and watch no matter if it is me or Kroma in the match vs Kougar.  I am currently on 3.4 list again, but can easily put in SG04 listing and or 4.0 for the match if Kroma is unable to fly.  If Kougar and Kroma can come to a term, I would like to enlist as an Alliance Representative Spectator(ARS for short, hey wait a min, keep your thoughts to yourselves guys).  I would put myself as an alternate pilot for the Alliance if Kroma is unable for any reason.   Sound good?

I'd like to thank you both for showing up on short notice, Kroma, Dfly! I really enjoyed playing an all out 1v1 with ya for a change...


Bleh, suppose everyone will want a play by play...

Um, Kougar dallies around and draws out all of Kroma's pseudos before running in for a quick sideswipe,
Kougar does a emergency stop infront of a fully loaded gorn BCH and uses his remaining Esgs, eating an F torp.
Kougar launches a WW to avoid a tractor as Kroma closes, still confident his 3 repel is plenty enough so he can use his double bay and three other WWs.
Kougar watches his WW take the other F torp, and a tractor beam suddenly appear on his ship...
Kougar winces as Kroma throws everything including the kitchen sink, 2 SSs, and an attack probe at him at once and sighs.
Kougar uses what’s left of his phasers on the SSs, and does a couple more alpha strikes with random Esgs as he breaks free and limps around
Kougar kills Kroma with two SSs seconds before Kroma's downgraded plasma recharged
The End       ...of Kroma's reign of pink terror? 

Seriously, VGG Kroma! I checked the replay and didn't see any enveloping torps hit me after all, but I've seen glitched films before so I 'm not sure. Every time I did an alpha or ESGed I was racking up a fair number of internals though, I got very luck with the two SSs as I know you would've been recharged before my bay would cycle from launching those... Had 26 power at the end, but three WWs left. 

Have to try that again with you sometime, gotta see if that starcastling Gorn trick is really lyran proof or not, that game could've gone either way easily and I’ll think twice before ever attempting that against ya again! 
 
Dizzy… can we see the final VP tallies and stuff now, or did I just miss the thread you put them in?

Hey, no rush... won't be online till the middle of next week at best anyway 

Thanks in advance for posting it then, wanted to make sure I hadn't missed em. Not a big question about who finished where, but I'm still curious to see the end results
