Thanks Chris. I am listening to your station and it's a lot of fun. I have not heard a few of these tunes in a long time.

Chris,

To show my appreciation in part I have zipped up a couple files you might like to have. One is an interview with Gene and the other is some more Trek them music. Let me know when you've got'em. Caution, it is an almost 9meg file.

For some reason, it does not appear to be working today. Can anyone else hear it?

That's just Chris being Chris. He always releases mods as soon as humanly possible. Sooner, sometimes. ;)

Wowsers - I just now noticed that this was a sticky! I'm mixing up some music with the Trek - a lot of personal favorites that show my age, lol - a few offbeat voiceovers of me here and there, even my wife on karaoke. I have your file toasty and thanks! I'll put the files on the station..
This station does not have a set format as that tends to get boring. The great thing about this is that I can do whatever the heck I want. I could never do that at my commercial radio jobs and it is indeed a joy. Even guys like Don Imus and Howard Stern have certain guidelines to follow.

Can you guys and gals give me some suggestions on new rock artists you like - I'll take a listen. My knowledge of new rock is limited.  I have some Toploader on there, a great British band.. I am interested in British Rock in general..

On the releasing of Mods - I do it when the mood strikes and basically when I feel like it, lol.  The Nexus Star Trek mod is actually headed up by someone else (old BC friend) and he was in a hurry to release it. I am doing up some maps for it. The fans and players like getting mods before the bugs are all worked out. I have many beta testers for Universe At War, and a final patch close to complete... It'll be done when it's done.

I appreciate the support for the station - wait till we do live shows - my daughter wants to do a birthday show in March all about Anime and the like, and my son will want to have a console wars discussion.. PS2 vs. X-Box and the like..  hehe

We'll have discussions on the state of Trek Gaming. I like to have MSN Windows open to see what you all are saying.. lots of fun to come.. This is radio the way I like it.

Because we can - and it looks damn good, better than Bridge Commander or SFC. You should try it. The mod is quite popular - many downloads.
