its an FTP site

no its open to everyone. so please dont over do it as i still have to add the second HD. right now only 10 connections also at 1 time. u can add files and download files without any kind of password needed. right now for non outalance members only add and d/l models once the other HD's r installed mods will be accepted from non members.

also im new at doing this sort of thing so bear through with me on it. as i will try to keep it up and running 24-7. the rules apply same as before no illegel files. ands its open to everyone, i will be adding a folder for all things to do with SFC and trek games.

all i have to say now is enjoy.

non members ur folder is community_models so place finished models there

Hey Manitoba, I really like your sig. Only I can't quite make out the ships too good. I think you should resize it like 20% bigger maybe.

Those are Bab5 ships right?

only a couple r bab5.

it doesnt seem to be working yet, need help badly. works between my network comps, but no outside comps can get in. any ideas

nope. but u remember were we wanted a place to put all and everyones models. this is the server for that. right now its 80 gigs once im done we'll have 500 gigs of space. it allows everyone a free spot no conditions open to all kinda of place. this is what i was talking bout with how the original site would operate. we can use it to mirrior files and pixs for the main site. also if u ever have comp problems u wont have to woory about if u lose a file or not.

this way all model junkies can have access. as we all know how ur comp probs go.

OK, I have made subdirectories in my folder for easyer navigation, mani, when ya done with my BoP and the fighter, showe them into their appropriate folders

ok heres how i got it to work , goto internet options, click on advanced tab. then uncheck use passive mode. that should finally do it. sorry for some of the problems guys.

I don't have a Use passive mode iin my advanced settings . But I did find allow FTP..........but still no go ???
