...that also works for RW/VT.

What's out there for SFC? I know Frey uses one to launch his ftrs. He's too lazy to hit the 'F' key. :D

Doesn't Frey have a gamevoice?  That's what I've got, and it tends to work halfway decent (although I never use it anymore.  Got too many snickers from those in the room with all the "Red Alert" and "Scatterpack" chatter. :D)  I seem to remember in the documentation for one voice comm program that it had some sort of integration with GV, but I don't remember which, but you can surely just have the two of them open at the same time (MS was really stupid for having their free gv comm software support so few, as it was really nice back in the day using just the one program for all)

It's ok.  I've found that at times there is a bit of lag when giving the command (I'm sure there is a setting somewhere) so I dont' really use it for emergency type stuff, but if you're hands busy it's better than just not having the command.   You have to have fairly distinctive commands to be certain it doesn't get confused and HET when you want to drop a T-bomb or something.

I LOVE Gamevoice :D

And yes, Emerald, that's what I use.

It's great also for games like Jedi Acadamy, BF1942.. etc. etc.

I used Microsoft Game Voice a long time ago (heck, I think I still have it in the garage).
Everytime my wife would sneeze the microphone would pick up the sound and my
ship would would do a HET.   ;D

Yeah, I found that I had to be a little creative for a few commands, but it sure was fun giving commands by voice.  It really helps immerse you in the role of a captain.
