So what exactly are the transfer rules?   Are they completly dynamic now or do they occur at 8 AM and 8 PM EST?

They were originally 12 noon and 12 midnight. Then changed to 8 am and 8 pm.
But, that seems to have been extremly loosely enforced.  :-X

Quite frankly, I wouldn't mind them being completely relaxed. Might lead to a little much need heavy metal attrition.

Ahem!!!  When you lose your first DNH, you are NOT allowed to run back to the shipyard over and over to get more DNH's until they are all gone.

Unlike CB's, those DNH's don't grow on trees, you know.

You've been reading from the wrong dictionary.

However, when I look in my Big Bruce Book of the Gorn Language, it defines Race Monitor specifically as "someone who steps on Kroma's buzz".  Hey, man, it's what they pay me the big bucks for.

Aw, Kroma's just giving Scipio too much credit.   He wouldn't know how to kill a buzz if you came up to him and wacked him with his own claymore!!

Kroma, you just go out there and have a blast!!   You just pay no attention to that 'ole stodgey Scipio.   I mean, really, how much trouble could you get into flying with Diehard!?   ::)

The ISC party is coming to your planets Bruces!!   Get ready, the Prodigal Bruce is coming back home, and I'm packing some heavyweigh sharp cheddar cheese!

See ya soon,
