Race-specific chats--where are they?

I keep seeing references on the DII chat about race specifric chats, like "Go to the Hydran Chat" or the "See you in Klingon Chat".  Are there race specific forum in the DII, and if so, how do you access them?

Additional chat commands for Dynaverse II

/list:  Lists out the chat channels available preface with a ( ) if you are not joined and (*) if you are.
/join [ name ] : Joins a chat channel ( example: "/join federation" )
/leave [ name ] : Leaves a chat channel ( example: /leave General" )
/afk will make you away from keyboard
/w (name) will whisper to person

The main chat window on the Dynaverse is basically a modified IRC channel... what Pestalence listed above are just specific private race channels that only people flying those specific races can log into.

And I use /tell playersName  for whispering, don't think there really is a difference between them.
