We don't get much call for cheddar around here, Bruce, but we've got some really runny stuff in the back.  (Unless the cat gets it first.)

All Bruce should come by, look at the cheese inventory, and give their opinions as to the flavor and odor.   If it ain't got mold, it don't get sold.
