The Lyran Empire and it's Allies would like to recognize the valour and intensity
with which you have fought through this year of war.
Unfortunately for you, it has not been nearly enough.
Your best ships are shattered hulks, many of you bases have been reduced to
broken wrecks orbiting liberated worlds.
Your best pilots have been found wanting at the hands of the coalition.
Although you have achieved some notable success at blunting the attacks of he Federation
and her lackeys. It is obvious you do not have the required military power or support infrastructure
to continue to pursue this course of "pacification"

However it should be pointed out that we do not blame you, the warriors and soldiers of the ISC.
If you report to the nearest coalition base or starship with powered down shields and weapons you, and your crews
will be permitted to return to your homes.
Those of you who wish to continue the Coalition's drive to liberate the peoples of the Federation & their allies from their
own government's madness will be permitted to continue the fight.

It should be noted that this generous offer of clemency will only be open for a short time. After the start of 2273
the Lyran Empire & our Allies will have no choice but to rescind our offer and pursue a course of complete annihilation against any and all military
forces of the Concordat in our path.
It should also be noted that your leaders will be expected to be turned over to our Overlord J'inn, to be put on trial for War Crimes against all sentients.
The Overlord's justice shall be as fair and impartial as he himself is. Only the guilty will be punished.
The Klingon Empire has also requested certain pilots be turned over to them .
