not released yet, but here's a peak..

Changes since the official release of UAW

1. Gorn (OrionOrion) G-BBF turn mode fixed - the ship can move now!
2. Klingon Heavy Cruisers (Late - TNG era - rearranged according to bpv number)
3. Dominion D-FF+ Jem'Hadar Fighter(Frigate) was crashing the game to desktop - fixed
4. Scimitar fighters - Scorpion Class Attack Fighters - get upgraded weapons and power to match the high bpv.
5. Borg Assimilated Andromedan Vindicator (B-VIN) fighters not launching - fixed
6. Mirak late era heavy cruisers, Z-4XC3 and Z-4XCA upgraded.
7. F-VOY2 (USS Voyager) upgraded per fan request and because I like it..
8. Lyran L-HBC - added missing tractor beams
9. Star Wars ships added - taken from the old Sci-Fi Mod.
10. Battlestar Galactica ships added - taken from the old Sci-Fi Mod
11. Some new Aliens added
12. K-B11Kn was causing game crash - fixed
13. K-D5G Early Klingon Light Cruiser Brk Mod fixed, hard points adjusted
14. The 'Tournament' script in Multiplayer works properly for all races.
15. The 'Tourneyfest' script works with UAW.
16. Added new TOS heavy cruisers to Fed Early era, NCC-1701 and 4 variants, brand new models by Stress Puppy.
17. Added a high quality TMP era Fed Excelsior class from the D2 pack by Rick Knox. It's a permanent in the mod.
18. Removed rear firing photons from F-TOS Enterprise per Pestalance.
19. F-DAD is now a 3-nacelled Sovereign (Moonraker model) - same specs
20. Added high quality 1701-A from the old D2 pack, now a permanent part of UAW. It's the F-1701A
21. The F-CAI is the Wrath of Khan Enterprise with no A. The F-CAI and F-1701A are both in Mid era, but the A comes later in years per the shiplist. 
22. Plasma Graphics Improved.
23. Late/adv era ISC shields, hull adjusted upwards slightly - 2 ships cloak (you'll find them) (this not done yet)- Restitution III fighters upgraded a bit. (fighters done)
24. Break mods included for ships/homeworlds that didn't have them.
25. Missing models causing crashes in the Dynaverse and elsewhere included.
26. All Star Wars is in Breen
27. Star Wars Weapons altered
28. Some big Star Wars Models eliminated some resized
29. Battlestar Galactica Colonial is in Cardassian
30. BattleStar Galactica Cylon is in ISC
31. The Battlestar Galactica variants have many AMDs, Gattling Weapons (Disruptor 4s in the mod)
32. Mid Era Hydran Fighter Problem fixed
33. Borg Hulls reduced a bit, shields increased slightly
34. Fixed a crash bug with fighter Borg Fighter B-FRSF2
35. F-VOY2 cloaks as per fan request, now has bpv of 1100.
36. 3x ships re-named to Ng ships - for Next Generation late/adv eras.
37. Fed-Rom Hybrid ships removed.
38. Romulans get a shielded cloaking Defiant fighter - as a symbol of friendship Post-Nemesis.
39. Batch file added to activate Orion Slave Girls 4 shiplist, for use on the Dynaverse. Slave Girls models included.
40. UAW compatible with the new additions to Co-Op Ace 4.0. As per Firesoul's suggestion, I'll be coding all UAW shiplist entries to work with coop 4.0. This will take a while, but I would like this functionality for UAW.

There will be an 'Offical UAW Patch' batch file on your desktop. This will leave the release version (UAW Mod - Double click) available if you wish to use it.

Cool! I can't wait to try this out!

Chris, if I understand you mod correctly, you won't see the Star Wars or Battlestar ships in campaigns.

Can you release a campaign that includes those ships so we can test them?

   Chris.STGD forums will be up possibly next week and that you still access everything that is in there of yours and you may need to up the FTP check with Katherine.Just letting you know.

Indy - That would require a different shiplist that enables the SW ships for campaign use. I might just do that, actually, as a separate batch file thingie. wouldn't take much..

Chris, may I suggest that you change their special status? I don't think they will upset the game balance that much, but let me try them a few times and see what happens!

Chris, this is working great! I fought a Cylon base station and a battlestar. There were no problems, but the BG-BSGB was behaving very oddly. She didn't fire her missiles or R torp even though she was in a position to do so. I will keep trying and check out some other ships.

Chris, I launched a Star Wars battle and it crashed to desktop. I think there is a model missing. I had 3 star wars shps in the game, so I am not sure which one did me in

Star Wars NEBCC crashes to desktop - There's something up with that model -

I have a 4th beta patch already - being tested by some people on GSA and in CUGS - I'll PM the link to you and Ravok..

We are moving fast and furious..

add this to the above for the official patch readme..

1. Star Wars and Battlestar set to Early Mid Late & Advanced eras as per beta testing.
2. A few Star Wars ships were causing a crash.. fixed.
3. Imperial Star Destroyer size reduced for better gameplay.
4. Fighters eliminated from F-WLS, Fed Time Ship..
5. Fixed Fed Galaxy Class Variant phaser capacitor charge problem due to local testing with Kenny Jones.
6. Romulan and Klingon Time Ships shuttle launch rate upped.

I could make it into that too... hadn't thought of it... Its intended use is to administer the shipyards on an OP D2 SQL server such that full control of the shipyards can be achieved and ships produced and distributed according to an Order of Battle assisted by the extra 4 columns of the OP+ shiplist... I was hoping you might do the same for yours, allowing it to be used with such an interface on a D2 server. Not critical tho... the UAW mod is more "freestyle"... but I think that coopace 4 compliance means the same thing anyway...

That would be the cat's meow (as my cat meows behind me) - Kinda like a shipedit - but just to add those particular entries unique to Co-Op ace 4.0

Yea, I'm not particular on how many of what ship gets built or shows up in the UAW Dyna - The randomness of it all is very intruging, and helps in the beta testing and improving of UAW in general..

Chris, I tried the beta5 patch. The BSG ships work great. I think we have a problem with at least one of the Star Wars ships. I tried to launch a battle with the Breen X-HO twice and crashed to desktop.

I will try to use a different Breen ship to see if the X-HO is the problem or there are several model issues.

Chris, the X-HO is the problem. The DS worked fine.

I loved the DS! How did you keep her maximum speed to only 8? I think that's a great idea and a neat feature. I don't like the fact that every ship can fly speed 31 all the time until it blows up. We should look at several other ships like the Cyclon Base Station and Colonial Battlestar and limit their speed to about 24. Can you do that? It would be very cool.

While the DS is cool, the break model needs some work. It appears to blow up in a poof of smoke the size of a frigate. LOL

Chris, I have found a number of new model problems with the SW ships. I am not sure which model isn't working. It could be the Home1, RSD, MC90B or CRK.

How many SW models are there? Is the HO the same model as any other ships? Is there any way to run a model check? I seem to remember Pestalence ran some kind of check before that helped.
