Spoiler thread at TrekBBS

You have to sift through a bit to see what's been revealed, but here's an okay summary:

Quote
TEASER: inside a secret facility, two men (Paxton and Mercer) talk about a "patient" that's having some health problem that the monitoring equipment didn't detect because it wasn't calibrated for this "type" of patient. As they enter a Neonatal care unit, one of them check the bio-signs graphics on a wall and find that the fever's diminishing as the "patient" fights it off, while Paxton says it's good news for "both of them" in a threatening tone. As they leave, after implying "what she represents" is dangerous, the camera pans down to reveal the "patient" is a six-month old baby girl with vulcan pointed ears; but a small label on the glass reads "TUCKER".

ACT ONE SCENE 4: Ganner, a reporter (photographer) who's apparently interviewing the Enterprise crew during a conference, talks to Mayweather in a very personal tone, implying they were former lovers.

ACT ONE SCENE 13: Paxton talks to a miner who says his men will be "ready to move" at a moment's notice, and Paxton implies that he first needs to tie up a "loose end" referring to Mercer, the one who was monitoring the baby. This apparently happens in a ship on Earth's orbit, or in the moon. (They can see Earth from a window, but it doesn't seem to be on a ship)

Manny Coto talked about doing a series of episodes towards the end of the season that resolved around the politics of the 22nd Century Earth, and this appears to be it.

More in-depth summary at Trek Today.

They say that this is the 20th episode.  Since the season is to be 22 episodes long and since Manny said that the Earth show was part of an arc, this could either be a two parter that leads into a stand-alone season finale, or "Demons" ties into that finale, rumored to be written by series creator Rick Berman and Brannon Braga, and guest starring Jonathan Frakes and Marina Sirtis, reprising their TNG roles.
