That's sad...he should be commended for making the unltimite sacrifice. If decorations were possible I'd give one of the highest. And both of them at least actually FOUGHT with their ships they way they were meant to be fought with. Not pretending they're in a giant drone boat.
Last thing the community needs is lose more players, Bonk leaving is going to hurt. He contributed more than 90% of us together. Hmm, havn't seen drb lately either...
How many more before someone realizes that chewing players out for losing a ship is a really bad idea?
I mean, it's just a game...

I was just so overwhelmed by the fact they A: actually were going to stay and B: they were actually going to FIGHT!
I was so nice to finally have a good slugfest between capitol ships and not an hour long battle chasing someone around the map mutiple times...
And believe me, that beer bottle I smashed over my head was torture enough...

As for the 2 comments I have now seen you make about other DN pilots "running" and chucking, it seems odd from the guy who refused to engage anyone he didn't have outnumbered or out gunned, and usually turned and ran as soon as his first shield got cracked.

As for DHs behavior previously over ship loses I agree, but your cracks at other players that refused to let you run up to them and crush them when you practiced the same cautious tactic (and smart ones) does little to make the case you are any better than those you malign.  You aren't exactly the recruiting poster boy yourself when you stoop to such behavior. How much longer before someone (and I mean you, all of you) realize that alway lacing your act nice for the community posts with back handed slams at opposing players is a really bad idea.

I'll confirm that for ya Kroma. I disengaged more vs you while in muti-player missions than anyone else.
Only reason I kept track at all is because I've never flown anything bigger than a BCH on a campaign server. Ususally I give the really bad-ass ships to whomever posts about them first. This time only took it after no one besides WW even asked about it and WW went on vacation the last week of the server.
I still hate fighters...they don't listen more often than kids...

I can only comment on the A and B points...

I'm sorry I've disengaged from foes; more often than not I really don't want to unless I know I'm seriously outgunned... and even then sometimes.  I always try to make it worthwhile for whomever I fight, and at least enter the battle before preserving my ship.

I'd be more than happy to meet with foes in comparable ships for duels, just whisper me on the server or contact me in general chat.
