Dizzy has said within an hour or 2 of 8pm/8am is fine. There were three players in the B11V between 12am and 1am.

FYI, Soth never got it...

Dizzy needs to clarify:

1) When ships can go from player to player
2) When ships can go from spacedock to player
3) When ships can go from player to spacedock

...so we don't have these issues.

LOL not to mention you personally assigned ships from spacedock all throughout the day.

So just have Will edit to transfer it back to spacedock firts, then I guess we're all good?

Spacedock is ok.  So long as it was in spacedock before 8AM, anyone can pick it up all day.  After someone does, however, no one else can have it untill 8PM.  Even if he only has it for one mission.

If someone was in the B11 unti nearly midnight, then no one else can have it until 8AM.

I'm too tired to double-check the error you found to see if we screwed up.  If we did, Dizzy should dock us a VC point or something.

I agree
I consider a transfer a transfer. But others may see if differently.
(And I assume the Alliance HC sees an Alliance transfer as different than a coalition one)

We're what, just past the half way mark? Lets get a ruling on this now before we get into the
final week.

I just want to understand this right...

No race can build more than 1/2 their BP allotment of any given ship, correct?

Last round, the Feds built 2 BCFs (spent 4) and banked 3.  Wouldn't that count as their waiver for the server?

If so, then why are they getting a DNH (3) and 2 BCFs (total of 4) this round?  Isn't that spending more than 1/2 on a given ship hull (or do the 2 point or so still in the Fed bank allow them to get away with this...)

That applies to CP ships.

When are we going to add the rule that rules-lawyers get beaten to death with a Shovel?

Then why did I need a waiver to build my 3xCCYs (all BP ships, mind you), on the first round?

Just wondering what the situation was, not being a rules-lawyer...  This has the possibility to affect my build scheme in the future...

Because each side must build one 3 BP ship per round. CCY's are 2 BP.

Oh yeah, I'm supposed to be building something.  (Besides a new off-map capital.)

Here are the new builds.  None are assigned.  Get 'em while they're hot.  (This offer null and void to frogs, pointy-ears, stinky cats, and forkbrows.  I won't mention any names, you vermin know who you are.)

I'll update our new OOB when I'm less tired.

3 BP for 1 G-cDNH  (sigh....)
1BP transferred to Hydrans
1BP still banked
1CP to convert 1 G-sCVS
1CP to convert 1 G-sCVS
1CP to convert 1 G-sCMF
1CP to convert 1 G-sCMF

Then, theoretically...

ISC gets 6+1 BPs in round 6...

Build a random 3 BP ship, maybe another BCV, then 2 CAYs for 2 BPs each, 7 BP spent...
Immeidately spend 2 CPs on upgrading the CAYs to CCZs, then build 4 more carriers / tenders with the remaining CPs, as that's all CPs are good for here in the ISC...

No violations there, right?

Transfers occur at 8 AM and 8 PM EST.  Can't transfer it now.

Krueg was in the B11V until about an hour ago, you can't pick it up until 8 AM.

I thought we agreed to no more mid server rules changes, so save it for next server.

Midserver changes are allowed for your underoos however Kroma ...... :P
