I just want to understand this right...

No race can build more than 1/2 their BP allotment of any given ship, correct?

Last round, the Feds built 2 BCFs (spent 4) and banked 3.  Wouldn't that count as their waiver for the server?

If so, then why are they getting a DNH (3) and 2 BCFs (total of 4) this round?  Isn't that spending more than 1/2 on a given ship hull (or do the 2 point or so still in the Fed bank allow them to get away with this...)

Transfers occur at 8 AM and 8 PM EST.  Can't transfer it now.

Don't even start about the time of transferrs DH. Go back through the post and see some of the time that your ship was transferred alone. Mutiple transfers the same day have occured on many of the Alliance ships.

Tired of seeing you guys transfer at will. If you guys can do it whenever you want to, why can't we?
