As this has to be done at some point today, and I'm here...

ISC Round 2 Build Schedule

BPs = 6.  4 to the commissioning of the BB, 2 to the construction of a CCY.  6 spent, 0 balance.
CPs = 6.  3xCV, 3xCVS.  6 built ships.

Working on commissioning pilots, all initial claimants will be listed tonight, hopefully before the deadline... ;))

It's a preferable guideline. Not to be taked so rigid. + or - a cpl hours for those in different time zones. The idea is to keep the transfers to about 12 hrs. Too hard to keep track of otherwise.

most 'c' Capital ships require CP points. 's' Special ships do not. So yes, it's free.

OK, I know I should be able to figure this out on my own.  Well, I can't.  So humor me.

For tonights build, which takes place in 2273, which integer game year is the *biggest* that I can order?

I'm stuck at work with nothing but a shiplsit, and I can't remember whether the year counter array really starts at 0 or if it starts at 1, nor am I positive which calendar date is for year 1.

Can I build ships up to year 10?
Can I build ships up to year 11?
Can I build ships up to year 12?

I'm pretty confident I can't build ships with an FYA of 13.

You may build ships up to year 7.
The rest of us will be building ships up to the year 11 (2274) but mostly
10(2273)
Everyone knows the Gorn work on a different calaendar though.
