looks at the time of the last few Alliance transfers...

All the ships transefered were FROM spacedock which you can do at any time.

all transfers done TO spacedock place the ship in dock until  8 AM or 8 PM and we have been follow this rule to the letter.

Would you prefer large type to make it easier to understand?  ;D

Agreed, the transfer rules are a bit convoluted anyway. A simple may only be transfer once or twice a day would have been much easier to deal with.

Yeah, I agree. With all the different time zones involved, something like that would have been much more practical.
Something to remember for the next server, maybe?  ;)

ISC Transfers, to be effective as of 8 AM EST Sun. Morning...

CVA from Mr.Bojangles (Nail) to Frey
CCZ from Julin to [ISC]Phaser
CCZ from Jachyra (Agave) to KBF-Kurok

If Blade's not on tomorrow morning, Jachyra (Agave) is authorized to take a less-than-12 hour tour in the BB, must be shed prior to halftime of the Stupor Bowl (which should be close to 8PM EST), so it will be available for Blade Sun. Night...

Other Authorizations, and notations as people are allowed more than 1 special ship...
Nail's still allowed to fly the CVSZ, I have tons of carriers available.
I'm going to be checking out both the CVFZ and a PFT over the next couple of days

Well, for the most part, its working fairly well. I'm not discouraged with it. Im happy that players are keeping up with it. Until we get an automated system up, this will have to do. A big thanks to those that are making it work. ;)

We've been trying. The system is pretty confusing.

I agree it is confusing especially with everybody spread across multiple timezones.  My personal opinion would be transfers can happen at anytime so long as they are posted.
