Bonk, can you also take a look at the R-KHK(f) donors and all, and compare it to the KCR for DamCon rating? I think (if thats what determines spares,) that they are different. The KHK has 10 and the KCR has 15. Is this correct?

I was able to log onto the server last night with no problems.  Never played OP online, so I was just testing to see if I could connect to the server without problems.  Now, after fixing my resolution problem, I can't log onto the server.  I keep getting the error message that starfleetop.exe is missing, even after I uninstall and reinstall the SGO4 mod.  Any help would be appreciated.

Undo whatever you did to fix the resolution. Find StarfleetOP.exe in your OP installation folder; right click and copy it, then "paste as shortcut" on the desktop. Use this shortcut to start the game.  Download EzINI - use this to set your resolution etc.

Bonk, the Gorn BCV only has 5 spares.

Passed out when I got home last night, sorry... I'll look at those when I get home from work tonight. (and the remaining updates)

I had a look through the NW missions last night before I crashed tho and it seems most that were pulled were for reasons not due to the shiplist. (mostly out of era fighters etc...). It seems players are more observant and picky than in the past (a good thing!), many of the same missions were on the GW series, SFB-OP and older servers.  So we're pretty much down to the same mission list as before. I can put the shiplist donation structure back the way it was if we want so we can turn warp doubling back on. (but I think this config is more stable - if we get reports of cheating I'll simply set up the installer so that you cannot, but it will be inconvenient for all so I'd rather not). Anyway I can set it up either way, just let me know, and I'll look at those two issues mentioned above.

I can work on it a bunch tonight to finalise things, which will probably end up being pretty much where DH had things anyway, plus the minor shiplist fixes found since. Send along the final(?) map and "upsized" heavy fighter models and I'll get at 'er about 5PM EST...

Thanks for the advice.  I'll try it out again.  I reinstalled the entire game, and the same thing still happened.  I've even been going straight into the game folder and located the exe file and used that, and still, same thing.

14 terrain hexes have been removed. It's always easier to remove them than to go back in and add them afterwards. New map will go up tonight.

Gotta head to work, but should be home around 2 or 3 CST this afternoon. I need to practice my Bruce skills because they're pretty rusty... ;)

How come we are only allowed 5 parts instead of 10 it would be nice to have 12?You may be great at this with less parts being a vetran and all but how about us rookies?

a vet would make more use than a newb of spares. U'd never want to give a vet more. ;)

All ships have a damage control rating that determines their spares number.

Hey Dizzy I am not sure if thiswas intended or not but several ships are showing up at the wrong time.

The R-sK7VR in the rom section show year 9 but in the Orionsynd donor section at the top it shows as year 20 causing not to show up in game until 2283 instead of 2272.  The R-sSPB, R-sSUA and several others are the same way.

Nope, the donor FYA does not matter.

Really,  interesting I just logged on to the server and looked and tried it in SP and none of those ships are available until 2283

I dont think its a problem. There are 2x shiplists. Yours and the server. they play nice together on the dyna, but seperated, they are evil and mean.

If you guys say so, I will take your word for it since you know more about the server kit than I do.  I just thought I would report that even on the server they show as 2283 on the shipyard description screen.

the Donor ships shouldn't even be in the Server list.   This is how it worked in GW4.

Don't forget me in it!!!   As for the ship variants, I personally, as a newbie, feel realism is cool.  Repair parts in real ships aren't determined by a captains seniority, but rather by class.
