looks like im out for a week. computer problems

looks like my main comp is acting up so im only have my labtop to do anything with.  sorry guys, but hopefully i'll be able to get everything back in order sooner than that. hopefully

I feel for ya Mani. Hope ya get it resolved faster than I am LOL. So I'll match your broken puter with mine and I raise ya one case on pneumonia cause that's what I've got so I'm in bed for a few days which means NO new puter yet  >:(

Notice how puter problems seem to come in droves...not just one person, but 3-4 have a prob. at same time.(Crosses fingers, rubs rabbits foot, looks for 4 leaf clover :P)

kinda done it to myself sorta, my dad bought 2 sticks of 1gig ddr3200 400fsb ram sticks, the site and mobo site said it was compatible so we went ahead got them. well as it turns out not compatible with his. tried them in my server pc mobo and no luck there. well left just one comp left.  :banghead: :banghead: well anyways. it it worked sort of. then about a little bit later on my comp just for no reasons reboots. well it turns out slighty compatible with my mobo. now i had nothing but probs. so now im just trying to get everything to disks again. and redo everything, atleast this time it will be better. lol

What is it with these "professionals" anyway?  At least the guy from the company that made my mobo said that these RAM modules SHOULD be okay, but we're not guaranteeing it, only those on the list on our website because we had actually tested those.  I'm sorry to hear they gave you bum info.  Try another make's RAM.  Sometimes the "lesser" RAM labels work better.  Tricky business.

Not at folk for the "rough times" ..  but some of the soultions seem a bit odd...  and yes ..  it seems like this sort of thing comes in bunches ...

as problems go with PC's ...  I had a minor incodent with what truned out to simpley a bad Uninstall on an program ..  ( to play SGO4 ) ..  but we finally got things working again ..

well ....  sort of ....
