From Gene Roddenberry's first season episode 'Star-Crossed'. Extapulated from using just the single lower front angle perspective shown in the episode. See capture below. Of course DVD is much clearer. Preliminary mesh. Updates later. I requested this one cause I like it   ;)
But then why would I do a model I don't like eh?
