ok that looks absolutly horrid. Pylons look too wimpy for what they hold. They are also too "tall". Sorry but these do not take well to the "add an extra engine" refit philosophy.

Keep in mind these aren't TNG era.  They're way, way, WAY post TNG era.

i like all 3 of them but i do agree the pylons are a bit on the long side

while i agree, they seem a little tall. I think they are a neat addition to the TNG's Hero fleet (ie: the picard, the riker)

Cool, but, I agree...too tall. Other than that, I can see some neat possibilities. ;D

Good show Daihak.... keep the designs flowing! Also, check the two Socratic Seminars, they will possibly interest you.

Missed these earlier. I like the designs. The Nacells look ok too me.  I don't know that there too long, they maybe could just be overall scaled down by perhaps 10%. I'd like to see the saucer have more roundness on the bottom as opposed to it looking flat. Really though I wouldn't put too much into the peanut gallery. A lot of us find 1 thing off in everything, its part of the ego- In the end I say go with your own instincts.

I think everyone's saying that the ships are too tall in regards to the pylons.  But yep, everyone's got their own opinions as to how a ship will turn out.  Some will say it's too tall, too short, too wide, too narrow.  There are times when a modeller decides not to take some advice about the current work on a ship they're doing, and sometimes they do.  It all depends what the guy making the model thinks will help.  Personally, I like the ships as is.  Beautiful, and mean looking.  :-D  Would you want to go against these ships?  :-D

Alternate universe:  Khan was banished for preserving the peace. The Genesis device was really a super weapon and kirk had planned to use it on the klingons. Chekov found the Botany Bay and khan hijakced and killed the evil reliant crew in an effort to destroy the genesis device.    Ahh i love it :D The alternate universe rocks.

I like these variants...I like that they are tall too
Not every ship should be horizontally designed anyway :)
I really like the 3 nacelled one
the 4 nacelle option is cool for a deepspace option too...like the stargazer
nice job mate...you may need or want to do is to...change the color scheme of the hull like the picard's hull is more blue than the
Riker which is more grey

I could attempt another kitbash.  I still have the parts that I extracted.  It'll be extremely wacky, and most likely be a very ugly configuration, but it might work.

Not a bad idea.  Knowing Mani, he's already thought about it and probably already bashed it by now, but just hasn't shown us cause he wants to make us sweat and beg.  Right Mani?

I actually like the Hades, quite a bit.

If the pylons were shortened or thickened a little, and if the perpendicular set were to scome off the secondary hull instead of the torp launcher, though, it would make a lot more sense.

I really like the concepts of all of them, though. Excellect orginal thinking.
