...post your name AND the primary race you are flying on the server! Three of you are gonna get lucky! I am planning a lottery to assign a 2 BP Battlecruiser to a casual player for each side who has never had the opportunity to fly one before.

Before posting your name, you must agree to the following:

You have until the day the server starts to put your name on this list and then I will announce a random winner at that time.

3 BP. But in 2271, the F-DN+ is out and is a fine ship in most respects. The DNL is a better ship tho, for the kind of missions you all will be tasked with. So I think it will make for an interesting decision on what to build... I believe that should the F-DN make it through to year 2278 may be upgraded to a DNH... We need to clarify that with DH because I think the DNL version cannot be. It is of a differrent hull type.

Dn should be upgradable to DN+, then DNG, then DNH if it survives that long.
DNL can only (I think) be converted to a DVL.

DNLs can be converted to DNM. In fact, you shouldn't be able to buildl DNMs, only convert DNLs to DNMs

Not sure as to the FYAs of those ships though since they are conjectual, they would come out in 2281-2283 I think, for all races. SFB has them as coming out in X-era which starts in 2281. i'm thinking 2283.

And a Fed BC isn't a real BC anyway

Next 5 mins from this post, A new thread above or below this one, 2nd post down starting on the third line going alphabetical from the letter 'A', I'll announce the winners. Players with the same 1st letters will use their last letter of their name continuing on that same line for the next letter.

I'm flying Rom on SG4, occasionally Lyran. Since I gather you were trying to award one BCH to each side, I'm guessing someone else gets to fly it. Though I'd take a KCR anyway

Wish I had known about this. I'd have put my name in the hat. Personally, I don't expect to be a casual player. Just didn't get a chance to sign up officially. Had originally considered going the way of Kermit, but I discovered from mere single player campaiging that it's not easy being green and decided to stick with what I knew when I was finally able to get to the Dyna. I currently fly as Kzin if possible, flying Hydran vessels only when I get blown up and have to work my way back up it Kzinti ships.

So much for getting a BC. Guess I'll have to make do with my heavy cruiser. I sniped a hex from the Klinks in that ship earlier today. And pounced on a couple neutrals. Also drafted with Kroma in a Z-MCC+ Wish I was seend some Drone Cruisers, though.
