If you ask me, all these Klingon vessels melding class designs are nice, even the last concept you brought out. I figured that, although the Klingons would have B'rel-class Bird of Preys, I don't believe a simple upsize would be a new class of ship, such as the K'vort. I believe something like this ship could've taken the B'rel studio model's place had budget constraints not bothered TNG, especially in the episode "Yesterday's Enterprise".
