I like it though!

Use to watch that show all the time during the Peter Baker Years.
People always said they wanted the government to listen to them and now the government is listening, taking notes and names...and coming to see you soon!

America-Not the land of the free anymore...
Its the land of the freeloaders

Remember the axiom of big government bureaucrats: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. When, finally, under the crushing weight of taxes and regulation, it stops moving, subsidize it.

Its funny you should mention that little detail.... it took longer to find a picture with the writing legible on the instruction plaque, than it did to make the mode! I was determined to type out exactly what it said word for word, the texture is a 1024 x 1024 sheet, so if you zoom in the plaque is easy readable, clear as day... glad you like it wulf... and you pointing that out made those hours of serching worth it  :)

thanks dude  ;)

Use to watch that show all the time during the Peter Baker Years.

Tom Baker = Doctor #4

Peter Davidson = Doctor #5, not to mention some dude on "All Creatures Great and Small," which my parents watched ENDLESSLY on PBS ;)

Only time I can recall seeing the TARDIS 'fire' anything was in the final episode of The Creature From the Pit - it was a 'gravity tractor beam' which emanated from the beacon on top.

To clarify:
William Hartnell - first incarnation (1963-1966)
Patrick Troughton - second incarnation (1966-1969)
Jon Pertwee - third incarnation (1970-1974)
Tom Baker - fourth incarnation (1975-1981)
Peter Davison - fifth incarnation (1982-1984) and Tristan Farnon in All Creatures Great and Small...
Colin Baker - sixth incarnation (1984-1986)
Sylvester McCoy - seventh incarnation  (1987-1989)
Paul McGann - eighth incarnation (1996)
Christopher Eccleston - ninth incarnation - airdate to be confirmed (rumoured to be 26th March) - Yeaaaay!!

There also are Dr. Who books that have been done. I don't mean the ones that are exactly yhe same as the TV epidsodes but new stories. I am not sure but I think that is condered done with the 8th Doctor as well.

Say Stewiedude, I am confused cause this same post is at STCD only it was started by MarkyD, but the pic and wording looks the same. Unless I just missed the 1st post over there. no, I double checked it even has the same pic. Not trying to cause any grief here, just confused a bit. I take it he is converting it?

every time i look at this i see something new like the dirty glass in the door and the crackled blue paint but that lock just isnt right it needs a few scratches in it then it would be perfect

OK - for ultimate authenticity, you need to add this detail to the door panel, also, the original TARDIS had white window trims, but this got dirty really quickly and both these details were overlooked when the model was replaced years later.

If you ask me, I prefer Doctor Frasier, but wrong series.  ;D Still, nice job on the Police Box/TARDIS.  Just keep in mind I haven't watched a whole lot of Doctor Who, let alone know a lot either. *shrug* I prefer solar flares and wormholes for time travel!
