Beautiful!!!!  Can't wait to see her with clothes.  And, is it just me, or does anyone else get reminded of the movie Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow when looking at this model?  I know, it's weird.  Just reminds me of it for some reason.

12,600, and about 4000 of that are in the tubular trim around the bridge. But hey, you only live once  ;D   There is good news though. It only uses 1 bitmap so that will save resources. The pics below are with 1 1024 but I will include a 512 as well.


Its mostly done cept for play testing. I have to send it over to quality control department-oh wait- thats me again  :P Just have to say that this ship inspired me more than any for quite a while. I know Andromeda has been airing for about 4 years but I never really checked it out untill just recently. Someone in another forum hinted they might have reference pics for a Magog ship. Hope to see soon.

Sky Captain? I am not familir with that show or movie. The Nietzchian design does look a bit retro, maybe thats why it might remind you. Actually when I 1st saw the bridge trim, it reminded me of the ribbing on a motorbike engine. :)

Thanks.  I just saw episode 'The Honey Offereing'. That show features this ship better. Finally the top is shown as well as the underside. Though the underside is too dark too be of much use. Suffice to say The top view is off, but I made it with the pics I had at the time. I might have another shot at this with the new info I have. So perhaps the Nietzchians will have 2 variants.

btw I am always looking for refernce pics of ships from Andromeda. I mean besides the Ascendent. THis Nietzchian I did up was without having a view of the top or back. I have a new WIP started of a Drago ship after I saw an episode that finally showed the top and back.
