I"m sure there are some here who love finding mistakes in movies and will be adding to the lists considerably. Actually, I thought of contributing a couple that I know of but aren't listed.

nice find. My wife won't let me nitpick Martial arts movies though anymore.

And that is challenging how?  Martial arts movies are some of the easiest things to pick apart.
