This is not the absolute final concept mesh, but it is close. This is the granddaddy of all Klingon ships, the flagship of the fleet....Kahless's personal version of the Conqueror, the Q'onos 1. It is slightly larger then the Conqueror, and has increased weaponry and armor, as well as two sep ships attached to the hull, the Heart of Kahless and the Blade of Kahless.

I have posted some detail shots to show the weaponry mounts, torp tubes and the sep ships up close. Mind you, the details on this mesh are modeled in instead of textured, so the count on polys is huge. The game mesh will have most of these details in the textures.

Also note that the Conqueror has a much lower armor and mass density than this ship, so this vessel needed more warp engines, and I have modified as such...I lengthened the bottom nacelles, and added addtional engine vents in the wingtips.

Naturally the Emporer's ship is going to be more colorful than mainline Klingon ships, and the traditional red and green scheme is shown.

Yea, its a monster, truly one of a kind. The Conqueror it is based on has a strong presence as it is, and this just adds to it.

it doesn't need to be manuverable. I suspect the largest of those 2 subvessels is the size of a kvort, the other larger than a brel, maybe even intrepid sized. Those 2 alone are going to wreak havok against anythuing dumb enough to take this thing alone.

Ok, ill give an update...right now Im working on textures for the back sep ship, the Heart of Kahless. It is the Emporer's personal Battlecruiser. Next, I will do the Blade of Kahless, the smaller Defiant-like vessel you see docked forward on the dorsal neck section, and then finally the entire Q1 itself...I have to make the textures for the plain versions of the both the Blade and the Q1, called the Hammer of War and the Conqueror, respectively.

So I have some work ahead of me....I will post the newest shots of the Alpha meshes. Remember, the pics are of skinny meshes...textures will come.

Well, the Heart and Blade of Kahless docked to the Q1 are low poly versions. I am hoping to keep the ship somewhere around 7k in polys or so when done. The stand-alone Heart and Blade will be around maybe 4k apiece.

As to these models, the blade of kahless and the Qonos 1 are sitting behind work on a few cardassians I am working on...I want to at least get the skinnys done, to see if anyone wants to do the textures while I work on the blade next.
