Liver!

Great stuff, but high in cholesterol.  I love it myself; the flavor, not the cholesterol.

Some nice boneless beef ribs (NoFrills, $.98 per lb.)..smoked for 2 hrs on the grill...cover with homemade sauce, wrap in foil, 2 more hours @ 225.....potatoe salad (homemade of course)..steamed green beens...apple sauce on the side..sourdough biscuits....apple pie for desert....

Fried Rice tastes nice...

But the second chance it lacks the substance...

Onions and Liver can you say yuck and move over...

Choose some vegies and beef and give a sigh of relief.

PS: Beef meaning something like Steak...not liver...meat from muscle, etc.

Now how can you cook liver without the lights? ;D

Well didn't make the fried rice, had Jambalya instead with polish sausage in it, and like the Chili it seemed to be a big hit.
