I wish to thank those involved in putting Victory in his place with his thread on what was obviously "pirated" material.

The simple fact of the matter is that such propagation of illegally obtained games and soft ware is not only crime ..  but it is directly responsible for the loss of millions of dollars of revenue to the gaming and software industry annually.  It IS ONE OF THE LARGEST contributing factors to the loss of gaming developers.  Yes ....  I am fully aware of other things that contribute to developers going belly up ..  but piracy is UNQUESTIONABLY a major player.


BTW ...  if the admin feels this needs to be locked or deleted ..  that's cool.  I understand totally.  I just want to go public with a word of support.

Now if he was looking for a free legal alternative to that software it would have been fine, requesting that program free by any means is not legal, let alone allowed in these forums.

I'd like to say More correctly...KUDOS to the forum members....

These boards actually take very little moderation most of the time....and often...only required to keep the community from getting too mid-evil on those who step out of line with torches and pitchforks

We are not professionals...we do this for love of the game....without all you guys(the players...the modders..the modelers and the scripters)....there would be no game left and no game boards to hang out on...
