Hull Fonts

Why is it that my tos fed hull font looks too fat.... what do you guys use? ;)

when appling them if you set both mouse buttons to the same colour it makes things thicker, make one usually the left transparant. AQlso try it in Caps and lower case in some cases the numbers will thin as well from that. Also in some case the fonts do not have lower cases and they are thinner or thicker depending on the caps or Shift key being used.

There's also the problem that 'Amarillo USAF Pro' isn't a freeware ttf, so many people use Machine BT as a substitute, of which is about twice as thick as Amarillo. I think it was AMT/ertl that started the use of Machine BT...

GO here and get the font called fleet old school for tos

http://www.neutralzone.de/archiv/ufp_e.htm    It also has other fonts for the other races

Those links will come in handy, my hull font always seems to look out of sorts ;)
