And here is what Smith Barney says:

Sounds to me a lot of analysts there are on crack. It's wintertime, oil is high, and worldwide demand ALWAYS increases, especially with China and India on the move in standard of living and economies. Take some advice, don't listen to nearsayers and invest in other people's NECESSITIES, not wants, you will come out far ahead in the end. As far as Smith Barney is concerned? I guess that they missed out that the current oil tanker fleets are at full until 2006-2007 when new supertankers being built will be completed and in service. DUH!

That raises a Good question, I wonder what kind Of hulls The new Tankers will have. IIRC the Tankers Currently in use have a Triple hull Design, will this Be improved on the Newer Hulls?
