Heh, How about Frigate Hell. I remember Playing with StoneyFace on GS when EAW first came out. Some of the Funnest battles where when we limited ourselves to 20-25 BPV.

...depends on if you count the batteries towards the total, which I was never sure if one did when refering to a ship's "power".

Batteries are separate at least in SFC.

Batteries are more powerful in SFB relative to SFC, so they should be converted to APR in order to match the other races BCH-to-BCV conversions that do not lose power when adding fighters. Only the I-BCV gets that honor.
