A random very confusing e-mail I got today...

So I checked my e-mail today to get this. I have no idea what it is.  There's nothin attached, no links, nada.  Any ideas?

It wouldn't suprise me if this was a computer generated e-mail designed by spammers to see if your e-mail account is active.
