I'm using that one in my mod, it can be found as a single download at Trekmods.com (The site where I got half of the models for my mod).  Staryards is also a good place to look (But the Valdore over there is the first Valdore ever made by Dawn).

Then there should be a lot difference between our mods: 16 ships in my mod were from Staryards, 2 from UnimatrixOne, others were from Moonraker(K'tinga), Newships Project(fmsx), and Trekmods(Valdore).
