Tholians

anyone know where I can get some good ref material for them? Ie pics of different ships and stuff.. schematics would be gr8  ;D

Too my knowledge, there's only been two canon Tholian ships on screen. In TOS in one episode and once again in Enterprise. Both of the ships are shown in the above referenced site.

SFB has made an entire fleet of ships for the Tholians based off of the one from TOS. Desty Nova's site has very good representations of them. SFB also has the Neo-Tholian designs, which are of their own creation. Desty has done a few of them, as well. You might want to check out his page for reference. Unfortunately, nightsoft is down and the DL links don't work. You can still see the pics on his site though. If you need/want the models, I can send them to you.

I'd love to see someone take the Enerprise series PC and make up a set of Tholians based from the SFB designs using that PC. It's a lot better looking, IMO, than the old TOS design <hint> ;)

I did a model of the Ent. Tholian, it's on my site...maybe I'll do some of the other designs. :-\

That'd be awesome. Your Ent. Tholian looks pretty cool, too. WE definately need more Thol models.

Awsome Az... lets get them in 3d form is it... off the dusty paper into the game...  ;) Consider them on my list :)

Yeah, Brez has done the SFB style. He was the first, to my knowledge, He's just recently released some crystal Thols that are roughly based on the SFB designs too. Desty has his set and there's a few PC designs out there. One by Atra, two by Skinman, one by WZ, and Sandman's. That's it though, I think? We need some more.  ;D

Ok cool... I made a nice tholian ship... but it was covered in windows... then somebody told me it wouldnt have windows cos their crystal creatures or somthing, so Im gonna go back to the drawing board ;D

Get with F_W MarkyD,he and I have collected a plethora of them, including SSD information for standard and advanced technology on a multitude of them. You should be able to find anything ya need with what we collected. I find 'em ,wrap 'em up and he gets them on thew server. Now that's team work.
