A very successful server with an excellent turnout. Well played and well flown by all. Lots of pvp, lots of strategy and lots of fun. I salute the Coalition and Alliance players alike.

I'm very happy.

Only one bitch . . .   WHY WHY WHY can't 3 v 3 PvP be more stable??  Grrrr.

Well the server was a little bumpy at times too, but it's bearable.

I second that! I had a great time. I really liked the restricted ships. We should do that again.

I really only got to play the last two days.   But it looks like this was a fantastic server.  I enjoyed the time I had.  GW5 should be outstanding.

Well, this was my first real start to finish server. Had a great time and enjoyed meeting, hearing and playing along side with some very skilled pilots. Thanks to J'inn and DH for hosting/running it. <S>

And I learned a few things along the way.

First off, that all ships are "expendable", where Kroma is concerned, especially the one that his wing is flying, usually me!!  ;D
DH needs to take his "meds" at all times that Kroma is on the sever. ( see above.)
Enjoyed flying with Green, Chuut, Pookie, LeRoy and Hexx. (see above.)
ROFL over the things said on TS.
I need a bigger ship!!!! ( see above.)

Looking forward to the next dyna camp, although I may need a divorce lawyer if I have as much fun and spend as much time on GW5 as I did on GW4.

                                     Thanks and <S>

Hoi Folks,

 Great time.  :D

I enjoyed flying with everyone. There were missions I was having great difficulty flying my ship; no, not just because I'm the worst Fed, but due to the humorous banter that occurred between myself and my adversaries. FireHawk comes to mind, FireSoul, and of course Dizzy. All of the Fed players were a joy as well.
A special thanks to the new players for coming out. Hope to see you all out there again!

Take care

This was one of the best servers ever!  The reason?  We had a great player balance, a great shiplist balance, and incredible sportsmanship.

It was a pleasure to fly both with my teammates and against our honorable foes.  The Admins did a great job, and the players didn't bitch (except Die Hard at his teammates on occassion  ;)).

To sum it up,  it was a server where victory seemed to take a second place to fun

I'd also like to thank all the admins for their work & all you for the great sportsmanship .
Was an absolute blast to fly on.
Also of course like to extend special thanks to...

J'inn - Without you buddy, DH would never have given up on caring if I took a BCV or not
Kroma- My friend, what can I say. setting a record for CB kills on a server has got to be worth a plaque or something.
Tracey- I never expected it of you, after not really having any interaction with you, you showed me you care as much
as all the rest of them by using my ship as a battering ram against that base
Wanderer- For all yer startegic work, and for the ability to (seemingly calmly) continue to issue instructions over
TS again and again when we ignored them.
Sears- for having the single best line on the server

and of course DH,
how can we thank him for the countles hours of entertainment he provided us with his theory that VP ships are something we're supposed to take care of.

And of course to all my wingmen and opponents, had a great time.

Only one bitch . . .   WHY WHY WHY can't 3 v 3 PvP be more stable??  Grrrr.

Well the server was a little bumpy at times too, but it's bearable.

Odd thing is on GSA or direct IP games a 3v3 is for the most part A OK.  Some people's machines just don't seem to like connecting with other peoples for no real appratent reason.  Seems kinda strange that it works fine one way but not the other though.

I'm quite sure that is one of the very things Mags will be checking out...it would seem logical that the difference has something to do with server interaction....hope it can be nailed down... :)

Many thanks to all to put the hours of time into making it happen.
I learned a new appreciation for fighters..and respect for them.
The last few days the server seemed much more stable with higher numbers on, whatever you tweaked worked nice DH.
Loved those models!
And Jinn, it's just you...
I had 2 3v3 and several 2v3 matches, no pornlems... ;D
Of course, had my share of CTDs from many attempts at multi-player drafts as well.

Oh that. Well it's complicated.

Let me see if I can find the MSN chat log . . .   Ah yes!!

J'inn:  ^*)#$*(&##&  Die Hard!!  I dropped again just as I was about to kill War Sears again!!

DH:  I thought he always killed you?

J'inn:  Nah, he just pays me to say that.  You'd be surprised how many Klingon do that.   All tax free baby!!

DH:  <sigh>  Well,  the server dropped again.   I think it has to do with <insert techno babble here>

J'inn:  I see.  Maybe if we kick the server a few times.  Works with my TV.

DH:  I did that.  However I think <insert more techno babble here>

J'inn:  The whatsit to the whoit??

DH:  No no you have to <insert more techno babble>

J'inn:  Really I don't see how a photo of Ernest Borgnine would help.

DH:  WHAT???

J'inn: I suppose we could attach  the photo via a USB port.

DH:  J'INN   STFU!!!   Everyone knows that you can only attach charatcter actor photos via a serial port!!  SHEESH!!!

J'inn: <sputter>

DH:  I think Odin hates me.

J'inn:  I think you didn't pay Frey enough money.

DH:  *()#^*&#^&*#^*(&#(#&^#&*^#(&*^#&*(#  762 lost the MacArthur!!!  _+*#_)*#()*#&*#*(&^#&*^#&^%#%&#&

J'inn:  Focus man focus!!

DH:   <hyperventalating>

J'inn:   How about a picture of Yul Brenner?

DH:   _*(#$&)*(#)#^#&*^*)#&*&#&*!!!!!!!!!!!!!

J'inn:  WHAT A POTTY MOUTH!!  It was just an idea.

DH:  Just send me a list of the FED VC pilots that have died so I can kick their asses.

J'inn:  Erm, that sounds like paperwork. J'inn don't do paperwork.

DH:  You didn't keep a list!!!!!!!!!!!!

J'inn:  Hey, do I see me getting a paycheck here.  No I don't.  Gosh!!  Imagine that.  No check No work.

DH:  <hyperventalating again>

J'inn: Umm,  server is down again.

DH:   _#&*(&&&&7777777777777777777390877-891347-927489-(#*&)#&()#&#*&#()#&)#*(#*()&#(  <eppileptic fit>

J'inn:  Maybe you should have a nice herbal tea.

DH:  SNARL!

J'inn: I'll sell you some.

DH:  SNARL

J'inn:  Server's down again.

DH: <Errie silence>

J'inn:  Hmm. Are you dead?  I hope not.  Who will do all the work if you die?

DH:  I'm transferring the game to my server.  I think it's more stable.

J'inn: But then you can't draft.

DH: Grrrr  I know.

J'inn: That means you'll need a wing ALL THE TIME!!!   <snicker>

<J'inn drags in Hexx>

Hexx:   Heya guys!!

DH:  Hi Hexx.

J'inn:  Guess what Hexx.   DH will need us to draft him all the time now.

Hexx: COOL!!!!

DH: <whimper>

J'inn:  Sure you don't want some of the tea?  I can give you a bulk rate deal.

DH:  *#&()*(#&)*#&#_*(&)#(*&)#*&#)

Hexx:  Hey I want a VC ship!!

DH:  ()*#&()*#&)*(##&*

J'inn: Me too!!   I bet War Sears couldn't kill one of those!!

DH:  _(*#(#*(&#&*(#&*##&*^#&*

Know what it was?   When we were in Prime time, I'd move the DB over to the DH123 server in my apartment.  It can handle a 50 person player load as long as the DB is relatively clean.   Means I can't draft and get cranky.   When the rush was over, I'd FTP the DB back to THOR and run it there.
