There is a shiplist boo boo (I blame DH) which allows some PFs to be captured.

Therefore, I announce the following benevolent yet lovingly tyrannical decree:

NO CAPTURING PFs!! EVER!!!

Since we're on the subject of P/Fs...
I know I remember seeing a listing of the P/Fs allowed to be carried by the "casual tenders", but can't find it now.
Could that list be put here to clear up any remaining confusion?

I don't remember any specific list (at least I haven't seen one) but I put together a list of all the PF's below. I'm pretty sure it's accurate, but I'll have DH and Kroma double-check it.

Casual Tenders may carry 2 Vanilla PFs

Full Tenders (3 or 4 PFs): 1 Leader, 1 Special PF, 1 or 2 Vanilla PFs
