I finally got promoted!!!  Still not up to the Lt Commander styatus i had on the old boards though.   :(

 8) :) Congratulations!!! I'm fixing to hit Lt. Commander AGAIN as well. Its a shame we had to start all over again. But what the heck! :)
A new start, a new experience. And it really doesn't amount to a hill of beans anyway. :)

 I'm just glad we had a place to go, and stay together. It really would have been a bummer to be scattered in the wind and lose so many friends. :( Not to mention losing fleets, and models, and all of the down loads.

I agree, I miss the old Taldren boards, but am glad we're all together still.  The only other place I can think of on the web where I feel this at ease are in Mac forums of one type or another, so it's nice to have a place to go for my other obsessions.

I don't know why I used it.  Someone at work asked me how I remember all the work related garbage I have, (WillWeasel knows a lot more than me about this job), and that just popped out.  So, I decided I liked the saying, and will make it my new sig.  Nor will I take credit for it.  It is too good for me to be the first to say that.

Nah.  It may appear average, but I've heard drinking excessive amounts of anti-freeze has been known to make things appear larger than they really are.  (Hence the French and their condom issue).

So Clark, you telling me you lip a northern to get the lure out?  Believe it or not, I saw this on a Bass Master's tourny held on the St Lawrence..poor southern dude didn't realize why a pike can drive out the bass..sucker clamped down on his finger until someone grabbed the pikes eyesockets..had to hurt...

A three to four foot northern is good..and fun when you get one..
