in tos the discover zefram cockran and the says he discover warp speed 150 years ago, that make them during the nx-01 time, but enterprise happening 150 before kirk and a 100 years after cockrane, why is there a difference of  100 years in the time period?

Actually, Cochrane died 150 years earlier (or he was believed to have died then).  He could have had his space flight 54 years before he "died" to place it in 2063 (like First Contact says).  I guess he would have been 30 something at that time (since he was 87 when he "died").
