Sorry, I forgot to mention earlier, but when I logged in yesterday I noticed the pitiful economy of the Holdfast. It will be a miracle if the Thol yards produce a cruiser in the first week. If this is by design, then cool, a huge and very very fast land grab will be necessary to make the Thols viable. (Or just have the alliance login as Feds only, so that cruisers can be replaced.) If this is not by design, then I thought you should know.

Hmmm, now what else can I bitch about... ;)

Um... OK, whatever. My T-PC is gonna rock your K-B10's world, LOL. ;D  I think I'll go and see how the PC is at hex flipping and try and see if it stands a chance against a D5.  :P

Let me ammend this comment. I sat and watched a few more shipyard cycles, cruisers are coming up, just a bit rare. We ought to be fine. The small Thol economy is "historically" accurate... plus I discovered Brez's T-NCA.... nasty!  ;D

Totally up to you, its not as bad as I thought, after longer observations. This is somewhat "realisitic", but a bit more econ surely wouldn't hurt. It would also make the Holdfast more tempting to the Coalition... but it is workable as is.
