Tholian ATGB points to non-existent model - GW4
« on: November 09, 2004, 01:02:36 am »
Tholian ATGB points to t-ft-combat3.mod in the shiplist, but no such model exists in the folder.  Don't know if the ship is likely to pop up in GW4 but it is not specialed out as far as I can tell so it seems draftable at least.

There also appear to be no freighter models for the thols.

System Specs:

Dell Dimension E521
AMD64x2 5000+
2G DDR2 RAM
ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB GDDR3
250GB SATA HD

Yeah, the ATGB does show up.  I mentioned it in the beta stuff thread.

THe ATGB is a battle tug, which will not be available on the server.

Are any ohter models missing before I have Bobk finalize the installer tonight?

Is the ATGB a new change, because I've drawn it as an opponent in several missions?

Huh?  I'm a little dim but I'm not sure what you mean by that.

The ship is a Tug, we ain't using Tugs, the ship will be pulled from the final list.   problem solved.

As long as it is not draftable or purchasable in GW4, then that's that.

What I mean is that I took a mission server (more than one actually), among the randomly generated enemies was a T-ATGB which caused the game to crash to desktop when I got close to it.  Now, if that's been changed, that's cool.

Well, it hasn't been changed yet :)  Attack the Feds for now.

Btw, as I noted in the other thread, the last time I was on the tholian border I pulled Klingon AI enemies as well as allies (at least in the Karnak missions).  I had to reinstall windows again so it's going to take me a little time to get back up to speed and confirm it but that's what I was seeing.

The Karnak mission sdo not like my Shiplist and I don't have time to make the mod compatible.   The Dave missions work okay, we'll have to live with that.
