Star Trek Season 2
« on: November 07, 2004, 05:12:29 pm »
Picked this up recently and watching the second season.  I'm not watching it in order, as I've seen some of them in the US on cable via Sci Fi.  There have been some that I've been wanting to watch for some time, just started up the Doomsday machine.  I played the scnearios with it in SFC but have never actually seen the episode.  This is one of the BIG reasons I've been anxiously awaiting this season of TOS!

And of course there is my all time favorite (thus far), Mirror Mirror.

This is going to be fun!

And two episodes with Mudd I think...Trouble with Tribbles and I, Mudd!

Yeah, I wish I had the cash to pick these up.   I have a few on DVD from the older releases, like Mirror, Mirror and Balance of Terror (Gotta have that if you're a Rommie ;))  The b sides of those are Charlie X and The Deadly Years.  TOS is just too much fun!

Tribbles is Cyrano Jones... I, Mudd is a favorite "Harcourt! Harcourt Fenton Mudd!  HAVE YOU BEEN DRINKING??!!"  LMAO

I finally saw Trouble with Tribbles and you're rights, no Mudd in that one.  The episode was rather humorous.  I enjoyed it...now watching a Piece of the Action as I write!

The other Mudd episode was Mudd's Women.

Ah, I watched that in Season 1.  Did they have any other episodes in Season 3?

Nah, those were the only two Mudd eps.

There was also an animated episode.  I think it also included the Venus drug.   There was also a novel  (he escaped the androids and had all the Stella androids melted down and used to build a Starship the Super Stella - not kidding).

Yep..."Mudd's Passion"

I hope that Star Trek: The Animated Series will be released on DVD (legally  ;) ) someday.

I also have the second season, but I've only made it through the first disk.  But who can argue with Amok Time and Mirror, Mirror?  I'm really glad that they finally got around to releasing these as a set.  Even thought they are pretty expensive, they are worth the money.

i was looking at episode 25 and was wondering what append to the Exeter?, the ship was intact but no crew left to manage the ship, after the discover the problem did the leave a skeleton crew to the Exeter or call starfleet and tell them to send a replacement crew or tow the ship with a tractor beam to a starbase or just leave the ship there?.0
