Okay, here's the Yeager MP.. I found the original archive that I'd sent you..

http://www.the-tcs.net/_hosted/atheorhaven/html/userfiles/ships/trek/sfc2/yeager_sfc2.zip

I also took the time to upload two ships that I've been meaning to upload since G@W 1.5.. the TOS Chicago and TOS Kearsage.. these are Atra's meshes redone mostly with Lord Schtupp-style textures.

The Chicago

And the Kearsage

..ooOOoo..totally useless information..ooOOoo..

Very nice stuff, atheorhaven!  Being the TOS kind of guy that I am when it comes to SFC models, I especially like your new texturing on Atra's ships.

Kudos!

I always liked the unusual "fugly ships" and have always hoped someone would do this one as well.......

First of all, thanks for the thank yous on the Chicago and Kearsage.. I thought that they'd come out nicely as well.  :)  And all I did for the Yeager was round up the missing textures from the previously available mesh and get them all together.. I didn't do  that much to it other than that and build some illumination maps for it.

As for the Elkins, I've considered kitbashing an Elkins together.. but the one thing that I'd need to find is an F-14 Eagle mesh that is public domain or else has an author reachable that is around 2000 polies tops.  Once I can find one of those and I have permission, I can bash it together.  :)

Dunno what happened to it but there was a much much better Yeager floating around that used P81's last Intrepid from the aborted TNG-D2 mod that never came to fruition. Look much better than that - the Intrepid they used there is fugly, there're seam lines everywhere and the smoothing is off on the nacelles not to mention it don't look any good compared to Zorg's Maquis raider that it's mated to.

And MP, I too would like to see the Elkins made but that would require a dedicated model be made of it, no kitbash would do unless someone's made an SFC model of a giant F-14 Tomcat.
If I determine the enemy's disposition of forces while I have no perceptible form, I can concentrate my forces while the enemy is fragmented. The pinnacle of military deployment approaches the formless: if it is formless, then the deepest spy cannot discern it, nor the wise make plans against it.
