« on: November 03, 2004, 01:13:53 pm »
Hi,
This is what I'm working on now. I'm texturing so I think it will be available next week.
   Tell me what you think.

Hope you like it,

Mariano

I have all there is available - the fact is, there has been virtually nothing new, with exception of Mariano's last Xindi submission, in the last 3 months.

Thanks for all your comments.!!!

I changed some things from the model since there are nor schematics. For example, in some pictures it seems that all 3 wings are the same proportions, but in my model I made the top one smaller because it looked ugly, and I have to made up a lot of things. (like the 3 engines at the back or the "nose" section)
Overall, I think it looks very "Insectoid" in spite of not being canon.

I'll post an update asap.

You are right.! I'm sure I've seen another version of this ship but I don't remmember the episode. It didn't have the top wing, instead It had two little things like ears.
I could use the same hull to create it. (damn, if only I had more time....)

Mariano

Can it be just a different class of Insectoid Xindi, like, one of them was  Destroyer, and the other was a Lgiht Cruiser?
Awesome ship, awesome work!!

Well. I'm finally done with texturing.
I'm just adding the hardpoints and resizing and I found a little problem. How big is it?
What do you think of this size? Should it be smaller? (Comparing with P81's NX-01.)

Thanks,

Mariano
