SFC2.Net 9.0:   The General War, part 4, will start at Noon EST, Sat.  11/13/2004.   It will run for two weeks and a day, ending on a Sunday at Noon.

Well, that depends on what the legal interpretation of "soon" is.

BTW Jinn and DH, I made the latest rules updates and took a stabe at the Build cycle schedule based on our conversation last night.

They aren't broken, so much as the downloads are not ready yet. The links are just place holders until DH finalizes the shiolist and mission pack for the BETA. Once he sends me the final official BETA I will put them up for download.
