SFC2.Net 9.0:   The General War, part 4, will start at Noon EST, Sat.  11/13/2004.   It will run for two weeks and a day, ending on a Sunday at Noon.

Well, that depends on what the legal interpretation of "soon" is.

BTW Jinn and DH, I made the latest rules updates and took a stabe at the Build cycle schedule based on our conversation last night.
