Hey Dracho, back to real estate.

Is land worth more if there is a foundation and the walls and electrical and plumbing and water lines are already squared away? I do know that landscaping is a boost.

Inside a house that is not "finished" totally, or maybe it is complete and painted already, is it the best investment to put ceramic tile (big bucks here in America) or stay with carpet, ughhhhhhhh, I have grown to despise carpet since enjoying beautiful ceramic tile, it's a heck of a lot cleaner than carpet too.

Another question, since I have full Veterans benefits, AND the Texas Land Grant benefit, is it beneficial to look at VA foreclosures first or just the real estate in general?

VA home loans are international, I can buy Mexican property and beachfront property in Costa Rica if I desire, heck, even Amsterdam where the cool buds are!  ;D

Texas Veterans Land Grants are strictly for Texas properties.
