need help with model question

I recently added my Sov-MkII into the game but the game renders the it oddly. I can see the bottom textures from the top as if it were glass. Is this the flipped normals syndrome? How can i fix it?

you need to import the mod file into what ever programmee you use and flip the faces so its the right way out

its just kind of wierd since this is a kitbash of the stock Sov in SFC3 all i did was delete the nacelles and pylons and create new ones. the nacelles are not affected just the hull and saucer. maybe i clicked on something by accident. i use max 4.2 and could not remember how to do it.
