Got a Polaris in (slow) progress, not finished yet as i havent even had time to play the game lately let alone mod anything

Terradyhne has made Sydney class transport. I have recreated with his permission it's textures abit

If you'll get Terradyhnes approval he will send you a original version. Mine is tweaked abit with P81's textures. I know he do not mind if you take his ship parts. No matter the fact terradyhne matters but I had his permission. I'll include this tweaked version only in my MOD as a Troop Transport

Terradyhnes Sydney looks great as well. still someone should add p81 conny engines to it and it would be perfect.

btw.: dont know if u read about my mod but do you know someone who is expierienced in scripting sfc op missions? i dont ask about new missions - i just need some changes of the ships scripted into the script files.

There was a further improved "Version 2" of that Federation i bashed up over at SFU, i'll have to get it uploaded someplace else one of these days when time permits.

Polaris is basically all finished model-wise, just needs some texture tweaks. One of these days i will get some free time to do all the work i keep promising people to do/finish

I have only permission to add P81 textures to Sydney. BTW Models Please Sir please ask Terradyhne himself to send you by e-mail this ship. He has done this for me. I think he will be eager to do so as well for you. If not find his site. He had converted this Sydney for me from Armada 2. I think he has posted her on his site and put her up for download

i emailed him but i got no reply. Is there another model of the sydney for another game that could be converted? i need that ship. its canon , its beautifull and someone could rework it into the executive shuttle from ST VI.

sorry , a stupid guy has driven his car into mine and i had to look for some parts for my old car to get it fixed in the last days and had not much time to check my mails only worked on the new design of my site (got the basic new design, done by a good guy, this saved some time) but i will send you my model of the Sydney, after i have found it, placed it on an backup CD

There's a Polaris Class in G@W.. I know, because I kitbashed it.

I'm going to start releasing some of the kitbashes that I did for G@W roughly on the 24th of this month... and there's a lot of them covering TOS, TMP, and TNG eras..

Haven't forgotten.. I just literally have not had time to pack it. My new job has kept me hopping, and when I get home.. it's fighting for time on my wife's machine to get access to the models. In almost a week, I've maybe had 20 minutes on it, and that was hooking up the new cables from our ATI card to the VCR to export video out to the TV. And setting the programs to switch resolutions easily between her standard resolution and 800x600 (the res that exports to the TV).

Where getting you the Yeager again just means finding the higher res textures and throwing them in with the model.. I should have about an hour on the machine this afternoon, so will move everything to the shared drive so I can pack it all up and send it out.

Maybe I'll dig out the Polaris as well, and put that up for download at the same time.. there's a request for it..

The more they merrier.. we needed to get one done for G@W for the 2.0 release, so I was kind of "volun-told" it needed to be done.

And the only really major difference I can see between them is where the pylons run.. I have mine going through the torpedo assembly and yours are under.. but it's a minor differernce.

Nice job on it, and remember that variety will be the spice of life for SFC'ers.. my version may have more polies as an example than yours may, etc.. there's always room for different versions.

sorry for delay on the syd but, i had not much time to work on added new higher detailed nacelles and wanted to release but have to finish my new site design first but if you want i could send it to you via e-mail

Alright, I checked with Nanner, and he's good with me releasing the ship.. so will go through things tonight (it's in the AM here now) or tomorrow and get it out in the next couple of days.

Btw, the registry number on this ship has a special fondness to me.. first person to guess why gets the next ship I do named after them. ;)

Everyone should keep this in mind.. I may have a lot more Trek ships out there, and may do many more in the future.. but all you have to do is poke through my website, check my avatar, and you'll see that Babylon 5 is my first love.. (grin). I've been less involved with B5 lately.. but that's simply because there hasn't been a large audience for a bit.

But I'd be a happy person if I could figure out how to write scripts and figure out how to get warping in and out of an area done.. I'd love to do a map with a "functional" jumpgate and "hyperspace".
