A Romulan never lies he mearly "misrepresents the truth" to those who are not of high enough intellect to know any different (which, invariably, is anyone of another race). ;)

If the craft in question is plastic surgery, then yes.  One jog around the block and she can lie about anything.  Except headaches, I'm betting.

I've found it impossible to catch a Romulan in a lie...

I've managed to catch numerous Romulan "fabrications of a truth", and equally numerous Romulan "interpretations" of the truth, but never a flat-out Romulan lie...

Then again, the Romulan statement "Romulans do not lie" could either be a lie, or yet another misleading fact, clearly illustrating that they never lie, they just make up their own truth as they go along... :D

Or perhaps the Rolumans are very adept in lying to themselves in the efforts to deny the obviousness of their deceptions to others.

Then again, to a Kzin, if it isn't feline it really doen't matter anyhow, truthful or dishonest a Romulan taste the same.

What are Romulans?  I must have slept through Astro-gation/Xeno-biology class too many times. Oh, they cloak a lot and hide from their enemies all time like a couple scared mice. They are so scared to admit their existence that they constantly deny it.

OK...and I'm supposed to care about this?  *twirls pinky in the air*

Now, I have to go do some important, and go feed my pet Gorn.  It's supper-time and he loves to munch on live, squealling baby Kzins.
